Berry Styled Shoot
We Loved having CBNK Weddings and Events plan their styled shoot at our Venue! Of course you all already know I love the Black Wedding Dress trend so I was excited to see a new take on that theme! Racheal and Michael were our amazing models for this portion of the shoot (I will post more from other portions of this shoot next week). Ill start with one of my favorites from the set, and then go back to the beginning…
I love her beautiful Hair which was done by Amanda Dupnik . This is such a cool option for wedding hair because the braids and updo will keep you from having too many flyaways, but you still get the length. Half up has always been a favorite of mine for the wedding day.
Hair and Make Up were both done in the soon-to-be Bride and Groom Suite at Firefly Hall and the dark look that Clara Fox Tyler created was perfect for Racheal, complete with a beautiful blue Lip. The color is spot on and I love the little highlight on her cheek!
I got a few more shots of the beautiful Make Up at Rivendell and then we began taking all the Portraits!
Of course after you see that gorgeous Octagon covered in lush florals I have to sing my praises to Monarch Manor Floral for providing us with such a cool array of flowers. I always love it when florists think outside the box puts something unexpected and unique like the blue Thistle.
It is really hard to top the florals, I have always had a soft spot for flowers…. but I have to say one of the very best parts of this styled shoot in particular has to be… The Food! A lot of people assume that photoshoots always have fake food but at This shoot we had Real Food provided by Star Graze Boards and it was Ah-Mah-Zing! We all definitely had a great time snacking on it after we got all of the hard work done!
And after this amazing spread we even had Dessert provided by Surprise Me Bakery and I had a hard time deciding which was my favorite, but I think I would have to go with the Chocolate Cheesecake!
I just have to say that Michael was such a trooper because hes Allergic to Strawberries! But he still pretended to eat the food that was in contact with the strawberries and braved some of the nearby food on the table! These guys were such a fun couple and I know we will have to have them back for a Berry Free shoot next time!
Last but not least, the beautiful signage and calligraphy seen throughout this shoot was done by the Talented Nicole Keeling . Not only is she an amazing designer and planner but she creates elegant hand lettered signage and more for events.
